A wedding fair with the volume turned down.

A handful of friendly, inclusive suppliers, room to talk properly, and nobody chasing you for a deposit. You walk round at your own pace. If the sun comes out, most people drift outside, which is what happened last time.

It is run by two people, not a company: Jess, who runs Wild Soul Wedding Co, and Gemma, who runs My Wedding Vibe. We read every application ourselves and reply either way.

Five things engaged Dorset couples kept saying

We surveyed them first. These came up again and again, so the whole day is shaped around them.

  • Overwhelmed by choiceToo much noise, not enough clarity.
  • Transparent pricing is everythingTheir number one ask, every time.
  • Tired of styled shootsReal couples. Real details. Real suppliers.
  • Feel judged at normal fairsEspecially at smaller budgets.
  • Trust recommendations above allVenue endorsements beat any ad.
