What is Dorset Wedding Sessions?
Dorset Wedding Sessions is a small, friendly wedding fair in Dorset with around 20 to 25 hand-picked, inclusive suppliers and no pushy selling. It is run by Jess of Wild Soul Wedding Co and Gemma of My Wedding Vibe. The next one is on Saturday 17 April 2027 at Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens. The first was on Saturday 21 March 2026 at The Blue Pool, Wareham.
When and where are the Dorset Wedding Sessions?
Saturday 17 April 2027 at Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens, Buller's Way, Abbotsbury, Dorset DT3 4LA. Opening times are still to be confirmed and will be added here as soon as they are.
Who runs them?
Dorset Wedding Sessions is run by two people together: Gemma, who runs My Wedding Vibe, and Jess, who runs Wild Soul Wedding Co. Both read every supplier application themselves.
Is it open to couples?
Yes. Dorset Wedding Sessions is for couples planning a wedding, and anyone they want to bring. Ticket prices and opening times for 17 April 2027 are not finalised yet. Leave your name on the Couples page and you will hear before anything goes on social media.
How do suppliers get a space?
By application. Fill in the form on the Exhibit page. If you are accepted you will be told how to pay, and your place is confirmed once you have paid.
Does it cost anything to apply?
Applying to exhibit at Dorset Wedding Sessions is free. You only pay if you are accepted. A space on 17 April 2027 costs £115 including electricity, and the invoice is due within 14 days of acceptance.
When do applications close?
Friday 13 November 2026. We reply to everyone by Friday 20 November 2026, whether the answer is yes or no.
Can I be indoors or outdoors?
The form asks whether you would prefer an indoor space, an indoor marquee space, an outdoor space, or have no preference. We will do our best, but cannot promise a choice.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, but not to apply. If you are accepted we will ask for your public liability certificate and signed exhibitor terms.
What happened at the first one?
The first Dorset Wedding Sessions was on Saturday 21 March 2026 at The Blue Pool near Wareham, with a styled shoot the day before. Photos and the full list of suppliers are on the Last time page.
Is it the same as the My Wedding Vibe Showcase?
No. The Showcases are My Wedding Vibe events. The Sessions are a separate, smaller day run together with Wild Soul Wedding Co.
